When the Hutoos were murdering Tutsi in Rwanda nobody in the International Community sent troops. Angola had a Civil War for nearly 20 years and nobody sent troops. No troops to Uganda when Idi Amin was there. No troops to Zimbabwe either Why suddenly Troops to Libya ? Loads of OIL, of course.
