Now as the temperature drops to about zero in Tokyo nearly 4 million peeps are without electricity. They had a 6.6 one as an aftershock. Fortunately Japan continually practices for earthquakes and most people know what to do in the event of one.
They now have some subways running in Tokyo, which will continue all night.Many have gone clubbing or sit in the many internet cafes telling friends and family they are safe.
