What devious people we have in this World!! America and others cannot fight every country in the World to capture their OIL so they just print worthless money, probably forgeries, spread it round some dissident groups in OIL rich countries and let them have at each other, selling both sides the means to kill each other too, of course!!
When the dust settles and the despots have gone or a new "democracy" takes over, the West can call in all the favours from the new "politicians" and tie them up in knots to steal their OIL democratically, of course. The CIA did this decades ago all over Central and South America. Start a revolution and make sure that the winner owes you big time by backing both sides. Chile, Argentina,Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras and more all got the treatment.
