Sellers of goods can now make a killing by increasing their prices and blaming a whole load of things for it. Like VAT increase, fuel increase, other parties increase blah blah. Just look for their profit figures for Jan to March to see what they are making from you.
I beat supermarkets by having two chest freezers and a fridge/freezer. When there offer buy one get one free I do. Some offer buy in bulk so I do and freeze it. You can live very well buying the offers!!!
