These slag off stories come up every year! There is an Election coming and this one obliquely,slags the Labour Party who brought in the welfare state.
Prior to that there was charity or the Work house for unfortunate families. This family has grown but do we want the Chinese system of two kids only per family??
Just think, one of these kids might be the person who finds a cure for sex and irradicates it in later life !!!!
