You have no money and are in a foreign country with the possibility of being arrested for vagrancy with no fixed abode. Unless you know to go find the British Embassy,you are in deep shit. Even then,they will only give you a temporary passport and a loan to fly home to London.
At least,without the Euro Warrant, you can put your case to British police and fight extradition in the Courts.
