Well if he don't spend the money on a plate then the taxman will grab his money !  The plate cost will be an allowable expense, in his accounts, as it will be on a company car. No doubt, his business adverts will include pictures of the plate, on a car.

Also the plate obviously has a value and will therefore be considered as a company asset in accounts.

So really,as he has the money,it is a great deal for him!!
