Shadow Cabinet rocked by furious clash over Scottish abortions plan: Miliband caught in row over proposal to allow Scotland to decide its own upper limit for terminating pregnancies |I have the feeling that Miliband is merely a caretaker leader until the next Election, when he will be flung out and replaced!
In Scotland we have our own Health Department, so why should we not decide?? Any difference in the limits could lead to 'abortion tourism' but people from Southern Ireland,where abortions were banned, traveled to England,Wales and Scotland for many years.
