I suffered very badly from Gout and have ended up housebound because of it !! Some years ago, I was making a lot of money and drinking hard. I had folk working for me for £5 an hour and was charging £15 per hour myself. So I made £10 per hour from their work!!! Now that was a license to print money!!!
I ate steak two or three times a week washed down with a nice bottle of red wine and was drunk almost every night or the week. I would do a morning's work now and again, if I really had too, but mostly just delegated.
I ended up in hospital, many times, unable to walk and it took them EIGHT years to figure out what was wrong with me. So I just continued with my lifestyle. Had they told me what was causing it, then, maybe, I would have changed before the real damage was done.But shit happens.

There is no need to hold a drinks license as the law states that selling 2 case of lager/beer or 1 case of spirits makes one a wholesaler,requiring no license.
Just as people on the South Coast of England pop onto a ferry and cross to France to buy booze and cigarettes, just as people in Canada cross into USA to buy cheese, just as people in Norway cross over to buy butter, having a huge price variation, in adjacent countries, is asking for people to make some cash for themselves.

Rolling tobacco is a favourite and is on sale, on every street corner, in the UK, at half normal price.! I really have no problems with electric cars as such. The infrastructure around them ,however is diabolical!! They are way to expensive. There are very few charging points and even if you find one, it can take 12 hours to charge it up!!
Now the next big thing is hydrogen cells,which are much better than electric and don't need charging. By the time that we are ready for electric, the hydrogen motors will be here. So why bother wasting all the money on electric, when it could be used to bring in hydrogen power, quicker?

Idiots like this one will get mobile phones banned from hospital wards, then we will be back to the phone trolley and all of the germs which it harbours. Normally, the leads are never long enough, on the trolley or there are no sockets near your bed..
The last time that I was in hospital, they were so germ warfare,that I was not allowed to listen to the hospital radio set up unless I used my own earphones!!! Seemed a bit crazy, as the screen round my bed had blood spatter on it !!!!
I decided to read, at night, instead. of course the bulb blew which led to a Laurel and Hardy escapade to get another one fitted. Here is how it went..............
Nurse my bulb blew. Okay,she says, "I'm not allowed to change it." There was a vacant bed next to me,with a bulb, so I persevered. Eventually she swapped them over. This is how it should have been done as she told me and she was right as I lay and watched the pantomime..
The nurse tells the Ward Sister, who then puts in an electrical fault form to maintenance. Two boiler suited guys arrived,not the next day,but the following one!! They had a meeting and decided that the bulb blew. They then disappeared. Two days after that, two other guys appeared and fitted the new bulb above the
next bed!!!
So four days to change a light bulb !!

Gracie Fields, the wartime, singer, was born there, but sensible moved to Isle of Capri, in Italy, after making money with what I consider, a terrible voice. But to each their own. Other TV celebrities and singers were born in the area, but they to bolted as quick as they could.
Rochdale is a place to get out of quickly and that,to me, says it all. When you have places like that, there is always some group, who moves in, to make it there own fiefdom, with their on rules. This is exactly what has happened.

As far as I know these smart meters pulse readings to a base station about every six seconds. The plot is to get rid of a workforce of meter readers and their expenses. The power companies will have complete details of your usage and can calculate your bill quickly.
These pulses are on the same frequency as mobile phones. I believe that the figure is about 16.5 and the brain works on 16.0. There is a plethora of research and papers showing that that this closeness can be dangerous.
Unfortunately, for them, is that by placing a strong magnet on the smart meter, it stops, making them rather useless!

I will tell you this, £130 for a 12 day coach trip, through 7 countries, is a damn good price for a holiday. I really cannot see how it is possible as fuel is expensive. Surely this does not include accommodation and meals at that price?
I want to know much more about this trip, as I think it would be terrific. Should it become rubbish along the way, one can always just tell the driver, bye bye and continue on by yourself

Well, he has not been swallowed into a black hole or anything sinister. he has been taking time to prepare and become secure, for whatever is to come,sooner rather than later and reflecting on various things.
Aaron has been speaking at various conferences and conventions. He has also been involved in smaller video interviews. However, his main work has been focused on putting together a Manifesto, in which he gets his views and thoughts down in a 60 page E book.
I was having a lot of hassles, at 4.00am, trying to post the PDF, which he was kind enough to send to me. My site is based on the Blogger template and it would not accept the PDF file. As is always best, on these occasions,I slept on it and here we are, not so bright eyed, with the manifesto now here.
Some may have seen my post directing you to his Manifesto. I thought that it was better to do that than not to publish at all. i am now deleting it and replacing it with this item. So you are not really going mad!!

Now the mid range family cars are just copying the hatchback mob. Make everything look the same, just change the badges!
I've been thinking about a new car for a while now. I had a Ford Focus 1.8 which I liked a lot. Unfortunately, other road users did not like it and kept hitting it !!! It was a very unlucky car. I liked it for the bigger engine which gave it some belt when out playing on nice Summer nights at 2 or 3 am. It easily did 135 mph and the 150 mph on the speedo, I am sure could have been reached if I still had the bottle.!
So as they are all pretty much the same these days, I decided that it would be down to the toys. I keep coming back to the Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 TDI which has magic front seats which go up/down,heat up and back and forward. I keep coming back to saying diesel and front wheel drive.?? I prefer power pushing, not pulling!! BUT no Satnav. I love Satnav, but hate having cables running all over the place, catching on my arms as I move. I made the mistake of leaving one stuck on the window and the car fully locked and alarmed. Of course, in the morning, it was off and the passenger front window was smashed. The alarm only works on the doors!!!!!
So no car so far! The new Volvo looks okay but well Volvo......I had one once and it was perfect. It was a 2.0 litre automatic and I used it as a taxi. It was a very comfortable workhorse for town taxi work.
Oh I just don't know what to get, so I'll just not bother! This sums up the car market. Everybody is saying, 'no, I'lll wait, something new and good, must be coming soon, I hope.'

Well at least he pays his way and realises what money is. Whereas our Queen, in the UK, hasn't a clue!
