So now, on the streets of America, in the land of the free, a person can be detained on no charge whatever, thanks to a Supreme court ruling. This is almost unbelievable.
A gang member was detained and a month later was designated an 'enemy combatant' by Shrub in 2002. He has taken his case for wrongful arrest up to the Supreme Court which has ruled that an enemy combatant can be arrested. Anybody can be designated as such. They don't actually have to be carrying an R.P.G. with them at the time. Any sallow or dark brown face will do for them !!!!
