If these people paid their taxes on time then the Government would have loads more money to spend on building a Drone Air Force and loads of little Action Men and Barbie dolls to comfort the Action Men. Ken could be the pimp! Another pig just fle past the window!
Of course, companies don't pay their taxes until just 'after' the 'last minute' so that the money stays with them either earning interest or producing profits. If they gave it to the Government, then it don't 'work' for them anymore, it 'works' for the Government.
