Petrol rationing makes a possible come back this Summer as petrol approaches £8 per gallon!! A family would get a fixed number of free vouchers per month. They can be sold if not used or to buy newer months vouchers as extra.
This scheme has a number of uses. It will cut down on Demos, Strikes, looting and marches as folk will not be able to get to a congregation point, easily. It will show how much people buy and in what areas. It will show consumption figures for planning now and in the future. So the motorist takes on yet another job, as a Government Statistician!!
