I think that they should have sold the tickets then cancelled the prize and kept the money !! Many people, years ago, used to sit glued to their TV's sets to watch 'Your Life in their Hands' which showed an operation on TV every week in black and white too. No adverts in between cuts and the patient was live and not a dummy.
So why not go to a theatre and watch a star at work if that is your thing !!
