With everyone entitled to a bank account now and through that a Debit Card. The cashless society is coming fast.
We get paid via bank transfer. We pay bills and standing orders via the Bank either by going in or operating internet banking which you can use 24/7 without queueing.
But every digit is recorded from who pays you to what you spent it on. A computer algorithm could pick out your card number and trail you from purchase to purchase showing where you were and at what time. Of course, the same thing could give you a defence by giving you information on where you were. I suppose a criminal would get a buddie to use the card but CCTv would dispute your presence with the card.
So cashless money gives total control and total oversight of your every move.
