The US and Russia Are the Biggest Beneficiaries of the Global Arms Boom
I am quite sure that both still have stockpiles of armaments from WW2 never mind anywhere else.
Groups are stirred up to rebel and will pledge future mineral rights against arms. The stock is completely worthless and is costing money in land,storage,security and staff. So why not sell for rubles later or whatever.The Terrorists/Freedom Fighters get them free as they don't own the Rights as yet,anyway!
So everybody is happy. Why?
1. Country destabilised completely 2. Cost of War to country increase loans. 3. Rights to something ,later,for nothing today and the Rights come from either side !!
