History has recorded the Rise and Fall of many Empires all of which have failed. As long as Empires evolved through Wars and conquest, there were always internal factions, wishing to pull them down.

Nearer to the present,economic systems have been used,backed up by mercenary forces.

All have failed and always will do, as there are too many countries to be taken over,converted and controlled
