So will there be a test case against one or all of the local Councils in England and Wales who put Fluoride in the public water supply? That could be very interesting,indeed,especially if they suddenly stop putting it in the supply. Would that action be considered as an admission of guilt???
Will cases follow against Colgate,for instance, as they put Fluoride in toothpaste,and A & G Barrs, who make Irn Bru in England, at Milton Keynes. These cases would lead to a plethora of cases against any companies which use water in their products, such as bakeries in bread, rolls and pastry. Meat and bird processors in gammon steaks, chicken/turkey rolls,etc.
Scotland had a long test case resulting in a ban on putting Fluoride into the water supply. There are no labels on Irn Bru which state where it is made. So some Irn Bru will have Fluoride,if it was made in England and some will not if it is made in Glasgow. I think that it is time that the public had a right to choose whether they want English or Scottish Irn Bru Especially now that some has and some does not have Fluoride!!
