The road outside the airport is a public road and the company, which owns the airport, have nothing to do with it and therefore cannot fine anybody. If the road has a single or double yellow line, then it is a police matter to issue fixed penalty fines or have vehicles towed away.
Why is a private company being allowed to get details of drivers from DVLA?
This is a load of rubbish!!
