I think that there was a national Budget statement today in the Uk but nothing happened. As I posted the fuel increase for April was cancelled saving 1 penny per litre. I also said that he would do nothing much as he really had no room to do anything. So he tinkered about promising 'jam tomorrow.'
In a slap in the face to the rest of the Uk, England gets £100 million to fix potholes. We got potholes that you could lose an aircraft carrier inside them here in Scotland and no doubt Ireland and Wales do too. We pay road tax as well!!
The Budget was so un important that the death of Liz Taylor knocked it off the headlines!!
