Well if the kid is happy and not forced to do it then why not? It is great exercise, without having to chase about looking for him, every minute. The kid is only copying what he sees on videos already made. At two he will not know what his gyrations suggest, only that they bring laughter, smiles and 'pats on the back' for him. If nobody cheered, the show would end, very quickly.
