Dear oh dear oh dear The American Government and more likely those steering it, really do want to take over the World as their own oyster to play with as they wish. How sad is that. Megalomania in the raw !! Upfront and out there for all to see.
America gives Pakistan aid for the use of the Pakistanis for the benefit of Pakistan. It does not give them an entrance or a say in the machinations of the Government of Pakistan.
