oh here it comes some of the States in America are asking for a hand out from the Federal Government in the same way and for much the same reasons as the banks just got. If this precedent is set then it gives no future State any good reason to balance the books as the Government will make good the short fall !
However,the banks got it and are paying it back with interest. So why should the States not get the same deal? But where is the Government going to get more money, just print it or by borrowing to lend out and the merry go round goes ding a ling a dong !
