Both incidents were against Shi'ite Muslims. No doubt there will be retaliations and then more and so it will go on until Civil War breaks out. It is bad enough if one religion fights with another one. But in this case I would suspect that Sunnis may have done this to Shi'ites. Therefore it is to different sects of the same religion fighting each other. Not yet proven but it wold seem a possibility. Either that or a false flag operation by an outsider to kp each group at each others throats.
