well well well ! Now has this jurors behaviour shown an element of bias? Was she predisposed one way or the other as the trial began? If so, then Tommy Sheridan may haye grounds for an appeal.
There was a case, recently, in England. where the Judge said that using Twitter was allowed during the case, as long as it did not distract or annoy anyone. I thought, at the time, that some non witness could be sending news of the case out to the witness room in order to have evidence changed to suit requirements.
