Some naughty person got into the firm's customer bank details. Smaller firm's just don't have the high tech firewalls and software needed. Normally there is somebody who switches it on and leaves it to run, knowing nothing whatever about them, as they just paid somebody to install the program.
These are the most dangerous people to deal with on line and more and more will be targeted. Why go after a big kill of £100,000 from one difficult access job when 10 smaller ones at £10k each will do the same job.
