Not only causing her embarrassment and distress by laughing at her. They should, to my mind, have shouted a warning to her as they obviously realised where she was going to end up !! Now, of course, in these austere times, every one and their Granny will be "diving" into fountains, phone in hand, in order to make a claim!!
Barbed wire round all Mall fountains, floodlights, no go strips with machine guns trained on them and drones on the approaches to all fountains, coming to a Mall near you, very soon!!! They could say that they support Amnesty International, I suppose.
