You may feel that you are entitled to a refund. But the catch all 'Act of God' may make it very difficult to one.
Strangely enough businesses can insure against loss of earnings due to weather and the policy payments may be claimed against their Corporation Tax.!
So I find all these 'heavy losses' headlines difficult to believe.
