My sympathy goes to the Ferrari although his actions were dangerous and obviously illegal. However, I have often been stuck behind snail drivers who are life members of the Middle Lane Owners club and putter along at 50 mph on the motorway when the inside lanes is clear. The other pest is the person who sits in the outside lane at 65 and will not move out the way.
Lanes should be marked individually with a speed. Inside lane 10-50 max middle lane 50-75 max outside lane 70-100 max. Then all would know what and where they should be. Moving up a lane should be for overtaking only and anybody in the way should be given the penalty of sitting in front of a mirror all day and be trained how it works!!!!
