I agree totally with the Council ! Shock horror!!! Mr Bill Stickers should be prosecuted! He could have put them up in shop windows or put an ad in a local paper instead of sticking up posters.
Is his cat more important than "carpet sales, for cash, first hut on the left" or " Grunge Band playing tomorrow night at the Flea Pit " NO !
What he should have done is given the Council a legal headache by posting his leaflet on top of an existing one. Then his leaflet would not be on the wall but on the other folks poster which is on the wall!!!!!!!
M'learned friends would be tearing their wigs up over that one !!
