What a load of rubbish !! Do it yourself medicine. How does a patient have any clue what to put in an e.mail to a Doctor assuming, of course, that you have a computer in the first place !!! Or if you have one at home can you get on it ??!!!
Patients will die if this stupidity goes ahead. A perfect example "Oh I've got a sharp pain, I'm sweating hot and cold and it's agony when I move." Burst apendix or groin strain?. So can you wait all day to get a return e. mail?
Then some lunatic spams the Doc or hits the surgery with a DoS.
