This is the second piece of rubbish I've posted. Other is CNN Scientists says fireworks did it in one place.
But there are now loads of countries reporting the same thing and I am sure more to come. They've sprayed something toxic either in error or deliberately just to "try it out!"

An Iranian, eight person, hit team got ashore from a pair of rubber dinghies, poisoned the unguarded tanks for the chemtrail spraying. They got away cleanly.
