At £10k a unit why has the UK bought 1,000 of them? So picture the scene.............
Soldier X is pinned down in a culvert half full of water and mud. He has just jumped into it to avoid a sniper.
This machine will acoustically pick out the direction of the bullet tracing it back from whence it came. Assuming that it still works after been bashed and abused on a battlefield and assuming that the batteries ain't flat and it goes beep beep and points to where the bullet came from it might be worth £10k
But what if that nasty sniper moves !!!!??? They just don't play the game these johnny foreigners!!!
It will not pick up MTV either !
