What can I say ? Note Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland and as such we run on GMT. So our hours of daylight may differ from yours for viewing.
For each 15 degrees East of UK that you are add an hour and conversely subtract an hour for every 15 degrees West of the UK that you are situated. Remember that on the first Saturday following the Autumnal equinox we add an hour to give GMT+1 In the Spring on the first Saturday after the Spring equinox we take the extra hour off. Confused? How do you think that we feel !
In other words it may not be daylight here when you log in from there ! By the way the Penguins haven't a clue what time it is as they have sense enough not to bother with it. We humans are the only animal/ insect or marine group which records time. Ever see a crab wear a watch?
