This Government scientist, who specialised in biological warfare and poisons, toxin, vaccines, viruses was writing his memoirs. he had been involved in dealings with South Africa on behalf of Britain among other dodgy deals. He was always on hand to guide a journalist and steer them properly with explanations. True, false or a bit of both, who knows. Perhaps that was answered in the memoirs which have disappeared.
How anybody can do a, self inflicted, in a very awkward area, wrist cutting suicide and not leave pools of blood, is beyond me. The body has a gallon inside it for goodness sake!!
