While I do agree that police sometimes fill up a charge sheet with all that they can think up such as Breach of the peace and littering in order to make things look bad. But this guy has had very nearly 600 offences !!!
He should have got a wee holiday about 300 charges ago!!!! This just might have stopped the next 300 happening.
