Congress introduces bill to stop upcoming ban of incandescent light bulbs

Congress introduces bill to stop upcoming ban of incandescent light bulbs

Is America going down the European path regarding light bulbs by reducing their size to about 11 watts from 60w or 100w bulbs which start of dim and warm up to barely light. But the real kicker is that they have Mercury dust in them which is a poison when inhaled or ingested. Because of this Mercury when they pop out they must be taken back to a supplier for collection and disposal in a special facility. To just throw them away and possibly break them open thus exposing the dust to the air will be a pollution crime.
