just what is going on in China? The Government really must get a grip on these poisoning cases. I have the feeling that the workers in these factories see what it is like in the West and consider their own circumstances in comparison. They know that the stuff that they are making is not for home consumption and are trying to make their employers firstly and their country secondly look bed. Thus nobody will deal with them in the future.
We have had toys with lead paint in the UK. Fluoride powder with stuff in it going to America. In a duplication of this story in 2008 melamine was found in powdered milk too.
I can only think that older folks who were followers of Chairman Mao, who hated the West, may be involved or their family members. Alternatively it is a Luddite situation where people just do not want to change and deal with foreigners.
