Tell him to take more hash and calm down a bit. oh yes you are allowed hash and conjugal visits in Dutch jails.
But I can see his point. It must be rather difficult to live in a small box when you are as big as this guy. His idea of house arrest might be quite a good one rather than custom building a big cell for big folk.!!
