The Waverley is the last working paddle steamer in the World. It is currently in Glasgow working the Summer season taking people on booze cruises down the Clyde. It is owned by a group of enthusiasts who labour keeping it sea worthy.
It was involved at the Dunkirk evacuation during WW 2 and if you google it you will see her long history afloat. Isn't amazing how the phrase "google it" has crept into the language? I published and use "webpal" for someone that you only interact with on the internet and have never actually met.
