Many Australians of ethnic descent are moving in to Iran as well in order to spread descent and foment an uprising. The CIA have done it all over the World.
It is less costly if an indigenous people rise up and are then, if they appear to be winning that is, befriended by the instigators.
Chile Panama Guatamala Argentina Iran and iraq all had CIA involvement. Cuba did too but they lost there!
