As Earth is 93 million miles from the Sun and ISON broke up at about 1.1 million km above the Sun I would take it to be obvious that most of the bits will fall into the Sun. Some other heavy bits will continue onward in the direction that iSON was going on prior to it breaking due to kenetic energy
