Didn't happen in this case which appears to be just stupidity in that the suspect had not lived at that address for many years.
However, some people phone the police, inventing stories, complaining about their neighbours, using the police for revenge or just for sick fun. The police then charge in causing damage and terror to innocent people.
There will be more deaths caused by police failing to check details and just going gung ho into action using 'no knock' warrants.This type of Warrant should be banned except in extreme cases. I applaud the police chief of the department involved in the Tuttles killing, who has now banned them.

If you rent, the owner has to repair it, which can cost a lot. There are no property market swings to worry about and you know, in advance, your monthly outgoings over the rental period.
If you buy in, then the only thing to do is keep moving, hoping to make a profit as you move. To remain in a home for 25 years is useless. When you need money, in retirement, you can't borrow against the home because you ain't got an income to pay the loan!!
The real game is to rent your home and buy to rent a second property. The rent pays the loan, as the flat increases in value. Now that is money for nothing!! In addition, you can form a company and claim loads of stuff against the taxman!!! You can claim any losses against your normal income. Or if you are really clever you can put ownership 'off shore' and pay no tax whatever on the rental income.
Many make the huge mistake of buying to rent and making the place like a palace with the best of kitchens etc. There is no tax advantage, as these items cannot be claimed, initially. However, if you replace new for broken/old, you can claim the costs and the taxman pays you for them!! Another good reason not to rent a palace is that you may find all of your gear stripped out during a 'moonlight flit!!'

I can not understand the mentality of people who moan about SocialMedia banning this or that type of content. These sites are owned and operated by companies and are NOT publically owned. They have a perfect legal right to ban anything that they wish to do.

I got caught by Patrick ! He was in a car and talking about two ruined tires. I sent £100 or $130 Then I notice Selina giggling in the back seat. I thought she was looking at a page/item on her phone but on looking further she was scrolling.
It seemed to me, I may be wrong, that they were giggling about getting folks to pay for tires which they had already bought. Okay, I can afford it but how about peeps chipping in who cannot??
Then I find out that he got $52 grand in a settlement and hey he has a BMW now!!

The simple way to brainwash a population is to start in nurseries/kindergartens and America does it well.
Kids stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance and they continue to do so all of their lives. This is a simple baseline mantra upon which everything coming later in their lives is based on.
Just what does a kid of three know about Nation or God? Nothing!!! they just want to draw, play with toys etc. This repetitive brainwashing or perhaps more properly it should be called, indoctrination, continues day after day, every day, throughout their lives. There is nothing much in the kiddies brain to wash but their brains are sure an empty vessel to insert stuff into. It is called basic training and is never forgotten, which, of course, is the intention.
