yes, these are terrible conditions to do work in these modern times.horrible. but let's look at the history of bin collection.
In Glasgow, metal bins were carried on the shoulder and rubbish was collected at night due to traffic.Other areas collected metal bins early in the morning. Councils, like lemmings, changed to heavy plastic bins.
Binmen were treated as the lowest form of life and gradually became unionised initially with transport and general workers union. Quite right too. They got power!! They got manipulation. Many moved to the gmb union, which is more militant than the sleeping giant tgwu which was their right.
Not moving rubbish became a weapon.
So we move on to the fiasco of multi colour bins with each household getting loads of bins. Renfrew Council spent £1.2 million on bins and still they had not enough to go round.! peeps were told to put this ad that into this or that bin. If you are blind or just colour blind what goes in the bin? If you are disabled you still have to go out in all weather, many times a day or keep rubbish in your home in separate bags, of course.
the rules now state that.............if a bin top is not flat, the bin is deemed to be overloaded and will not be taken. if extra bin bags are put out, they will not be lifted either. Getting the story behind this daily record? if the wrong rubbish is in a bin, it will not be taken. if the right colour bin is not put out to the edge of the pavement for people to navigate around, they are not collected.
How can you tell who put out what and put it in the wrong bin? Take everybody's dna?? The bins are outside, anyone could and surely does lob in their rubbish. Neighbours have realised that disabled peeps have their bins taken out and return by the recycling and refuse disposal engineers as binmen are now called. they dump their shit in my bin!!
if a bin is full peeps are supposed to keep shitty nappies and rubbish in their home until next pick up which could be 14 days Baby health visitors must love that!! social workers have a cast iron excuse to kidnap kids.
so the rubbish goes out, ain't collected and this is the result.

the authorities have ensured that protesters are wasting their time and money by going to Richmond, today. They have set up an area in which no weapons, of any kind, can be carried, despite it being legal to carry them, normally.
In order to enter this area, people must pass through only one metal detector. Even if the people are daft enough to queue, they have from 8am until noon to get in. Once a safety limit is reached nobody gets in!!
On other streets, there are no restrictions. However, if people queue, they must lock their guns in their cars and leave them parked. Local thieves only have to check out of town plates and break in to steal guns.
Snipers could easily fire into the kill zone resulting in a similar situation to las vegas where panic caused a stampede. it ain't gonna be pretty, if even a couple of firecrackers explode, never mind actual shooters firing into the crowd. No doubt, as time goes on, people will become frustrated and angry at the ONE machine fiasco.

I, too, have come to the conclusion that the Earth is flat. Too many pilots, with decades of flying hours, have begun to come out and say that this is correct. One only has to cast one's mind back to learning geometry and trigonometry, at school or college and use both to prove that the Earth is flat.
I believe that like a cakestand in posh restaurants, the Earth is one of the plates, with other plates both above and below it, all enclosed within a clear cover.
Each plate contains a civilisation, oblivious to the others in the rack. Some are further advanced than us, which has allowed them to travel between the plates inter-dimensionally and others are still growing.
So, how big is this cake rack and are there other racks? Is this rack, which we are in, locked away, as a failed science experiment, similar to an ant farm, so popular in many schools. Just how big is big???
Or are we being studied and manipulated, continually, by an unknown master race, living in say, heaven?? Do they experiment by placing one or more of their race onto a plate or plates?
Are we a prison, used by them, to send their felons, call them fallen angels, if you wish, for a period of time? Have these felons taken over or are attempting to take over and are ruling us using their superior knowledge?? In every prison, there are good and bad prisoners, some of whom will not take part.
Does the Bible, which I personally believe is just a collection of stories that have either been handed down or invented, to suit the political climate, at any given time, actually contain some grains of truth, recording communications between 'them' and us? Did the writer's want to continue the lust for power of their rulers who were paying them for version after version, by hiding the truth?
Not many answers here but surely some things worthy of consideration.
