This is all smoke and mirrors crap ! Another case of look over there while we try to sort out what is really going to happen over here. Something big and bad is going to happen in USA this Summer and troops, vessels, etc., are being moved out to safety with a view to bringing them back to clean up the mess.

If a national disaster happens, it is always difficult to move men and assets from where they are to where they are needed. If you have men (sorry ladies) and materials offshore, then it is far easier to just bring them back, instead of trying to round them up and transport them.

So to me, it looks like the electric grid is in trouble and will drastically fail for whatever reason. Should it go down, then communication is immediately restricted for the people, as is cooking, refrigeration, air conditioning and arranging to restock supermarkets.

A long hot Summer, with these problems added on, will obviously lead to looting, heavy violence and a huge run on the banks in order to withdraw cash, to buy whatever is available. Credit Cards....forget about it!! cash will be king with bartering becoming a close second.

Sure, they can bring in power from Canada and Mexico but it will be rationed out to hospitals, for military use, and for law enforcement, to operate the curfews, which have to come in, using Martial Law.

At present, huge transportation of electrical cables, generators, and other equipment, related to the power supply, is happening on the East Coast of USA. Is this being done to hook up with Canada?? S, what is going to knock out the grid?  Old age..unlikely. External sources, such as a direct asteroid hit....possible,  mass sun activity...unlikely   Terrorism....  too haphazard. Spacemen zap it  oh dear!

A huge earthquake on the west coast would require heavy suppliers going east to west...very very likely.
