Why not watch peeps coming out of the tunnel, then follow them and round up networks?? They could never be 100% sure that the tunnel was compromised and that roundups were down to bad security, pure luck or much more divisive, moles, either in place, crawling through the tunnels, or both!! Pesky moles!!
