These old guys catch up,eventually, at the three stooges  "beep crash,finger drumming,cigarette inhaling, phone ringing"  talking heads shop.  They have done more for onomatopoeia than anyone else has every done. Then they have the cheek to say that it is the spooks tampering with their broadcasts.

The other day,they put out a pre recorded chat,complete with all of the usual noises.  So are the spooks not interupting their recordings?  One of these days they will get it, I hope.

Modern microphones are extremely sensitive. You should talk close in to them to mask other noises. When the three stooges are not talking, they leave the mic unmuted and wobble about on their squeaky chairs and move their heads, drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes. So the mic picks up all the other noises, like feed back from speakers resulting in an echoed conversation. The mic will pick up other phones ringing,dogs barking, traffic noise via open doors and windows and so on, which leads to a mish mash of frequencies going though the mic and being broadcast on top of a current voice .

They have been so used to using two bean cans and string that they have no clue about modern audio gear.

Veterans is sure their proper title !!
