This is madness!!  A huge new criminal industry will now begin where criminals buy the cards,for lower than there value and then buy goods to sell on. Shopkeepers will take the cards for alcohol and just fiddle the books to suit,thus making bigger profits. They could have a business stock and a personal stock worked with two invoices and a business and personal credit card.

This happens all the time in America with the food stamps system.
