European Commission: Separate Scotland forced to reapply for EU membership -
When Scotland, finally, becomes independent,then, as a new country,of course. they should have to apply to join the gravy train of Europe. However, I would like to see more use of the Referendum, on big issues,such as this very one. Hopefully we would not join!!
