They just stick up any bit of film and say that it is relative to the reported event. It has been proven, recently, that riot footage was shot in a different country, at a different time, than the reported news.
Mind you this newspaper is no better!!!
They were caught putting up photos of street drunks, some of which were five years old, relating to Cardiff drunks. Some photos were not even taken in Wales!!!
