Remember the 10 year battle to remove travellers, who never actually travelled anywhere, from land in England?? Well they got them out, but the have just moved back in again!! Perhaps travelling was too hard for them. So now the whole fiasco begins again.
Under Scottish Law all of this rubbish could not happen. We certainly do have a better legal system in Scotland.
